21st Century Schools and educators recognize the importance of leveraging digital learning environments to engage learners with ideas, concepts, tools, and feedback.

Seesaw is a transformational platform used in thousands of elementary classrooms around the world. Extremely powerful yet accessible at the same time, SeeSaw has proven itself to be invaluable during the past two years with most schools shifting to online or blended learning.

Seesaw use varies widely from school to school from beginner to expert level and from teachers to leaders; some schools are just starting their journey using basic tools while other schools are deploying it to unleash innovative potential in teaching and learning.

This engaging 2-hour workshop is divided into two sections to allow participants to take a deep dive into a whole school-based approach to Seesaw implementation that goes beyond teacher tools. The first section focuses on how schools can develop a thoughtful and structured approach to Seesaw set-up to maximize its features to create a clear, cohesive, and consistent environment for teachers and students to support high-quality teaching and learning while keeping families informed and engaged. In the second section, we’ll invite participants to think deeply and engage instructional design strategies to support creating high-quality, engaging Seesaw Activities.

School leaders, who we recommend attend with tech leaders, attending will learn how a well thought out and intentional structure to Seesaw set up and implementation will benefit students, teachers, and families.

Multiple educators from across the region will be sharing examples of their SeeSaw utilisation during the workshop.

Whether you are a school that has used Seesaw for years or you are just getting started you won’t want to miss this important professional learning and leadership opportunity.
