Mike Johnston Shares a Path To Bringing Sustainability To Your School | Education Vanguard #33

When you hear the word sustainability what comes to mind?  For me it is making sure we are not polluting planetmikej Earth.  Maybe it is the same for you.
My guest today, Mike Johnston, has a much deeper definition. Sustainability must include nature, economy, society and wellbeing.
Mike is part of a movement called Compass Education with a mission to “equip schools as learning communities to educate and act for a sustainable future.”  We talk today about that movement and what it really means.  Interestingly, at least for me, their biggest focus is not just on advocating for sustainability, but helping people to change existing views and the process it takes to manage that change.
