This workshop will review the planning and teaching of Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS), looking at how many and which FMS are best learnt using a Game Based Approach. In this way students are are better prepared to apply FMS in sports as they have developed the complementary pairs (Pill, S. 2011) of movement skills and strategic thinking.
