Personal Wellness for Teachers: Systems and Habits for Efficiency

Past Webinar

Overview

“I am so tired and can’t get another thing done. And no yoga won’t help.” “How am I suppose to get that done too?” “There’s just too much going on.” Any of these sound familiar? Exhaustion is real in education. And yes we know to take care of ourselves first already. This session will take a slightly different perspective on self-care and focus on strategies to help teachers balance their workload to take care of themselves. In short, we need systems and habits to be efficient. The focus of this session will be to discuss strategies to help teachers identify tasks that are most important for them and better organize to accomplish those tasks. Come prepared to think a bit differently and leave with strategies as well as resources you can use tomorrow to thrive as educators.
