Benjamin Sheridan
Benjamin Sheridan is an international educational leader and co-founder of 407 Learning, with more than 20 years of experience in global schools, including 18 years in P–12 international settings across Thailand, India, Cambodia, Korea, Indonesia, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He has served as an elementary principal and curriculum innovator, leading teams through program design, professional development, and digital transformation, including successful 1:1 device initiatives and guiding curriculum articulation projects.
Benjamin, a U.S.–certified principal, Apple Distinguished Educator, Apple Professional Learning Specialist, and Apple Leadership Coach, is known for creating inclusive learning communities and guiding schools to leverage effective teaching methods and innovative technology. He has presented at conferences around the world and recently completed a fellowship with What School Could Be, where he co-designed and co-led the Leadership for Deeper Learning Academy certificate program. A lifelong learner, Benjamin is currently working toward a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at the University of Kentucky.

Howard has over 25 years of experience as Head of international schools and serves as school director and board member of many international schools. He currently oversees a number of schools including The International School of Macao (TIS), Canadian International School of Phnom Penh (CISP), Lighthouse International School of Phuket and British Columbia International School of Bangkok (BCISB) through Hive Schools International. He founded the Canadian Overseas Schools Association (COSA) and serves as President of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Macau.
Howard travels extensively to support the various schools and can often be found in the classrooms or playground sitting and talking to students because “it’s all about the kids”. As the Chief Learning Officer at 21C, his passion is to celebrate and replicate best educational practices across Asia.
In 2022, Howard received his PhD in Education, Management and Technology at Assumption University of Thailand and has a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from The University of Lethbridge.
