Justin is founder and CEO of 21st Century Learning which since 2012 has connected more than 20,000 K-12 educators with a wide variety of face to face and online professional learning opportunities. Justin’s first career in education was focused on better integration of technology into school programs with a focus on strategy, leadership and planning for systemic change. He has a background in technology systems having developed a leading customized learning platform that was featured in conferences from Washington DC, Shanghai and Singapore and in international ed-tech publications. Beyond systems he has deep education technology experience both as a Director of Technology but also in EdTech consultancy projects with many of the leading international schools in the Asia Pacific region. Justin has a Bachelors in Economics from the University of Queensland, is a Google Certified Trainer and an Apple Distinguished Educator.

Howard has over 25 years of experience as Head of international schools and serves as school director and board member of many international schools. He currently oversees a number of schools including The International School of Macao (TIS), Canadian International School of Phnom Penh (CISP), Lighthouse International School of Phuket and British Columbia International School of Bangkok (BCISB) through Hive Schools International. He founded the Canadian Overseas Schools Association (COSA) and serves as President of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Macau.
Howard travels extensively to support the various schools and can often be found in the classrooms or playground sitting and talking to students because “it’s all about the kids”. As the Chief Learning Officer at 21C, his passion is to celebrate and replicate best educational practices across Asia.
In 2022, Howard received his PhD in Education, Management and Technology at Assumption University of Thailand and has a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from The University of Lethbridge.

Lii Jing is a multi-industry marketer with integrated knowledge across the MICE, health & beauty, education (K-12) industry. Passionate in showcasing the best in every business, Lii Jing had vast marketing experiences across the international scene, including Southeast Asia, Asia Pacific and the MENA region.

Lii Jing found her calling in the education industry in recent years, and had since stayed on at various education-related avenues. As a true believer of teamwork and continuous growth, Lii Jing brings in unique market insights and tactical results-driven campaign skills to support the growth of the 21CL community and its members.

Butch is passionate about the web and tech space, showcasing a keen sense of design aesthetics that is evident in the communications collateral he produces for 21CL. A true perfectionist in design, Butch consistently strives for excellence in all his endeavors.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Iloilo – Phinma Education Network and having studied Graphic Design at Draft Academy School of Design in Cebu, Philippines, Butch is dedicated to lifelong learning. He actively explores and embraces new technologies as part of his commitment to staying at the forefront of the field.

Henry Dela Cruz brings over 10 years of experience in administration, client services, reporting, and team leadership across multinational corporations and education-focused organizations. He has supported executives, led teams, and streamlined operations through systems, process improvement, and automation. Skilled in managing communications, coordinating projects, and organizing complex workflows, Henry is known for his detail-oriented approach and ability to bring clarity to fast paced environments.Henry is passionate about supporting others and sees his role as a partner in helping people and organizations thrive.

Judi is an Administrative Assistant who manages emails, updates websites, and handles general office administration tasks. She helps keep information organized and supports smooth communication across teams, conferences, and events.

Czarina Leon is a marketing assistant specializing in education events with 21st Century Learning. She supports newsletters, social media, event campaigns, podcast management and editing, and design projects, combining creativity and strategy to strengthen community engagement and brand presence.

Cedie brings experience in operations, project management, and digital systems. With a background in IT, research, and process improvement, he enjoys streamlining workflows, solving problems, and supporting teams through technology. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring AI tools, learning new technologies, and continuously improving his skills.
