Health Teacher and Presenter Amy Lauren Smith Is Moving Schools Forward to Embrace a Well Rounded Health Curriculum

Today, thanks to people like my guest Amy Lauren Smith, we are seeing a more comprehensive and expanded approach to health. Mindfulness, balancing technology, sleep and social emotional learning are becoming a greater part of health education.
Amy and I get into all those topics and more.
