This interactive session will be engaging from start to finish. Be it online or in person, I know what its like to simply sit and listen, which is why there is a huge importance placed on audience members being involved. I will take the presentation participants on a fast forwarded journey of why I believe connection before content is essential to creating a great culture and positive relationships. The 4 pillars and the overarching message of ‘Balance’, which is based on staff and leader health and well being will frame the 60 minute session. Participants will definitely find some common links with the framework, and also use some of the takeaways to make some simple CHanGe’s to their everyday actions.
