Dr. Rose Anne Kuiper has served as an educator for over three decades in Ontario, Canada. She holds the following degrees: Bachelor of Arts (Child Studies); Bachelor of Education; Master of Education, University of Toronto; and a Doctor of Education (Educational Leadership), Western University, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Kuiper has served in various roles throughout her career which include: teacher, principal, Learning Supervisor, Mentor/Coach, and Superintendent of Student Achievement. Most recently Dr. Kuiper served as the Curriculum Director, Director of Learning, and a Mentor/Coach for schools within China.
