Amy Lauren Smith is an internationally recognized health education consultant and curriculum specialist with over 20 years of experience working with international schools across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Based in Hong Kong, she currently serves as the High School Health Teacher and Schoolwide Health and Wellbeing Coordinator at Hong Kong International School. Amy partners with schools worldwide to design and implement inclusive, skills-based health education programs that align with PE, Advisory, Tier 1 SEL, Safeguarding, Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), and broader well-being initiatives.

Workshops for Students & Families

Designing and delivering targeted workshops for students and their parents. Using research, data and best practice to onboard communities and alleviate parent concerns. Workshops are designed in partnership with admin to honor the cultural context of the host country as well as the varied value systems in an international school community.

Student Agency & Engagement

Supporting schools in creating opportunities for student voice, choice, and leadership within health education. This includes designing learning experiences both in and out of the classroom that foster advocacy, self-awareness, and real-world application of health concepts.
