As a Certified Facilitator and Pro Trainer in LEGO® Serious Play®, Joel works with international school communities in three ways: facilitating leadership retreats and high-complexity faculty workshops where the real conversations tend to hide behind the agenda, training staff to run the method themselves, and offering ongoing coaching for leaders navigating change. He’s trained facilitators from schools across Asia, and brings the same instinct to every room; that your best thinking is probably already there, just trapped in silos, slide decks, and staff meeting minutes.
