Modeling What Matters is a two-day wellbeing experience designed to help you pause, reflect, and reset your leadership practices.
Through guided reflection, peer connection, and practical strategies, you’ll learn how to release draining patterns, lead meetings that support adult wellbeing, and create a school culture rooted in trust, balance, and belonging.
