Action Research Helps us Define and Act Our Problems

If you are motivated to create change at your school or other organization, yet want to know if the idea you have or the effort you have put forth is actually helpful, then action research might be for you.
Action research involves defining and validating a problem, seeing the impact of the solution and more. My interview with Dr. Jayson Richardson goes deep into the action research methodology.

Bio

Jayson W. Richardson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership Studies at the University of Kentucky.  His research, teaching, and service links school technology leadership and international development. Jayson is a Director of the Center for the Advanced Study of Technology Leadership in Education (CASTLE).
