Take a passionate U.K. national, mix in a little Scratch, a pinch of Bee Bots and a handful of Raspberry Pi and you have James Abela, today’s guest.
James is a life long programming enthusiast and advocate for more coding opportunities. Starting himself at an early age by taking part in the BBC Microcomputer effort, James now pushes schools and curriculums to begin coding literacy at the wee age of four-years old.
In our interview we cover resources to kick start your programming curriculum, the integration of hardware such as the Raspberry Pi into the process and how coding is now the new, and should be, mandatory curriculum for a competitive future.
